so my friends told me it's just look like pizza.

then I tell them back it's just an omlette

today.... I found something .... something that difference from the past.

every day I'm usually take the ferry boat to cross the Chaophraya river for going to work.

Just get in the boat stand or sit somewhere 'til the boat reach the opposite pier...


but....... today....






there's an LCD screen (32 inch I guess) with player in the boat.... in fact it's playing the music video -*-

after internet come back -----> the file was gone...........

Today....just like other normal days.... except！


I heard the voice of the emergency car ..... lot of emergency car...

It's look like something happened nearly my workplace.......

then suddenly... the power outage.... again..


so I decide to go get some information from the building office... and the officer told me

"The that xxx hotel are on fire！！"

so the xxx hotel was very closely to my workplace






the situation was happened on the underground floor that's why I got only the smoke in the photo.

today I'll show you a Thai snack called "ขนมตาล" (Kanom-Taan) [Toddy palm snack]

it's made of the toddy palm fruit skin extract and rice flour...







it's soft, aromatic and sweet~

oh, there are other kind of Kanom-Taan so it will come with the dark gray color taste is better than the yellow but it's hard to find in present.

ํำYesterday when I just come home after finished my part time job.....

I found that my mother is watching TV that showing this show....














it's name "สมุดโคจร" (Samud Kojorn) it's just a travel TV show..... but this chapter they're talking about Okinawa

so my boss may proud of it because my boss is Okinawan people.

Today I'll show you a Thai dessert borrowed from China named "บกเกี๊ยะ" (Bokkiah) [Bok - KiAh] it's just some variety boiled grain, candied fruit, some boiled doh and black jelly.

so they puts all of things into the syrup or coconut milk syrup or longan juice so in the picture below is a Bokkiah in the coconut milk syrup.





then topped with some shred ice for the hot summer





there are also have a hot type of Bokkiah so they used hot sweet ginger juice instead of syrup and that's for the cold winter...(That I never met in Thailand)


stir a little bit then it'll become this.





This white thing is a special coconut meat, so this type of coconut meat is very delicious and very expensive, so the merchant will put only 1 piece per portion.



This is a popular dessert in hot summer but they just sale only in some area in Thailand, so if you want to try this dessert and you live in Bangkok just head to Chinatown (Yaowarat or Yaowaraj) you will found it.

today I'll show you the way I cook Instant gyudon.




yeah this one.... there's nothing look like the package inside.


so one bag of instant gyudon and...




some left over food.... and




steamed brown rice so it's contain a lot of mineral and vitamins.

I just boil the vegetables and warm up the instant gyudon then put the chicken into it.....


and BOOOOM!!!!








maybe it's not gyudon anymore... Ha ha ha.

so, after I finished the commencement ceremony and back to work again.

I would like to show you all how I dress....





as you see all men dress all the same except the one in the middle he has a sword .. so that's mean he is being a soldier.

the inner white suite was called ชุดราชปะแตน [Chud-Racha-Pa-Taan] (Raja's pattern suite) and the outer suite was called ชุดครุย [Chud-Krui] (Academic gown)

so the ceremony takes only 4-5 hours to finish but the officer have to practice all 8,000 people to work together and that's cost 4 days TT TT

...........

and after I'm back to work I just got this stuff from my bosses.





It's a mobile phone cap and instant gyudon...

I'd say thank you to my bosses.

Yesterday is one of my commencement rehearsal day.

So in Thailand the if you are graduated from public university, you will have to to wait for the commencement day that will assigned by the Bureau of the Royal Household, because the member of the royal family will come to be chief of the ceremony.





as you see in the picture everyone must polite and dress like an angel (in Thai faith) and the important prohibition is "Do not wear anything on your head while you're in the ceremony except you're Muslim women you can wear white hijab or you're Sikh men you can tie a white turban on your head"

so I don't know why...

eh~ sorry for the "ｌong time no see"

so.. Yesterday while I'm working with 2 crashed computers, my mom making this thing....





this is candied Toddy palm seeds (ลูกตาลเชื่อม) [Look-Taan-Shuaem] so... the fresh one is testier but these seeds are overripe and it's too hard to eat fresh.



it's simple to made... just boil the peeled toddy palm seeds in the syrup (my mom use brown sugar syrup for the color)
and wait until it's absorb the syrup and finish～





cut into bite size and enjoy the chewy texture and sweet from syrup...

and do not eat too much... he he
