Candied Toddy palm seeds.
Hello it's me, Reroyd...
eh~ sorry for the "long time no see"
so.. Yesterday while I'm working with 2 crashed computers, my mom making this thing....

this is candied Toddy palm seeds (ลูกตาลเชื่อม) [Look-Taan-Shuaem] so... the fresh one is testier but these seeds are overripe and it's too hard to eat fresh.
it's simple to made... just boil the peeled toddy palm seeds in the syrup (my mom use brown sugar syrup for the color)
and wait until it's absorb the syrup and finish~

cut into bite size and enjoy the chewy texture and sweet from syrup...
and do not eat too much... he he
