Tang-Taek
Hello it's me, Reroyd.

today I'll show you the traditional Thai dessert formerly called "ถังแตก" (Tang-Taek) 「タンタグ」 [Broken bucket]
but for now it's change the name by the seller because "ถังแตก" was a Thai slang word means "out of money"...
for today it's called "ถังทอง" (Tang-Tong) 「タントン」 [Golden bucket] for the good meaning, But lots of people still called the old name....even me ha ha ha~

See......... if you ever go to Malaysia this dessert is looks like a Malaysian Matabak but deference stuff.
It's like a pan cake stuffed with white sugar, shred coconut meat and roasted sesame seeds.
And sometime you may found the rare ถังแตก that staff with brown sugar and peanut, but it's hard to find today.

The shell was made of rice flour, coconut creme, salt and water. And the stuff is just an simple ingredient sugar, shred coconut meat and roasted sesame seeds.

After bought it don't let it sit too long because the texture of the shell will become tough.
that's all for today.
Thanks.
